Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • Juice and zest of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

  1. Combine the diced mango, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mango chili lime marinade over the shrimp and toss to coat.
