Ribeye Steak Recipe
Enjoy steakhouse style ribeye steaks grilled to perfection. Our grilled ribeye steak recipe promises perfectly seared, juicy steaks, cooked with garlic and rosemary with a smoky twist.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks (we recommend 1.5 inches thick)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F/232°C).
- Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and add the rosemary sprig for a touch of herbs.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to desired level of doneness.
- Let the steaks sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
