Ribeye Steak Recipe

Enjoy steakhouse style ribeye steaks grilled to perfection. Our grilled ribeye steak recipe promises perfectly seared, juicy steaks, cooked with garlic and rosemary with a smoky twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks (we recommend 1.5 inches thick)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F/232°C).
  2. Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and add the rosemary sprig for a touch of herbs.
  4. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time to desired level of doneness.
  5. Let the steaks sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving Suggestion:

Slice the ribeye steaks thinly against the grain and serve with grilled asparagus and a loaded baked potato.
