Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 4-5 lbs pork shoulder (bone-in)
- 2 cups of BBQ sauce
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Buns for serving
Instructions:
- Rub the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place sliced onions and minced garlic in the bottom of a slow cooker.
