Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Glazed Salmon recipe adds smokey wood flavor to the classic grilled salmon recipe. Grilling the salmon on the cedar plank perfectly complements the sweet maple flavor and spicy ginger of the glazed salmon. Here’s the maple salmon recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the soaked cedar plank on a preheated grill over medium heat.
  3. Lay the salmon fillets on the cedar plank and brush them with the maple glaze.
  4. Close the grill lid and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
