Garlic Lemon Shrimp
Our garlic lemon shrimp recipe combines zesty lemon with herb flavors for a grilled shrimp BBQ sensation. Fire up the grill with these delicious garlic lemon shrimp marinated in lemon, garlic and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until they’re fully coated.
- Coat your grill grates with oil and preheat your grill to medium to high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they turn a pink color with a slight char.
