Cajun Shrimp Tacos
Our Cajun grilled shrimp tacos recipe will spice up your grill with these Cajun flavored shrimp tacos. These spicy grilled shrimp are packed with vegetables with a dash of sour cream and a lime garnish.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp that’s been peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil in a bowl.
- Preheat your grill to medium to high heat and oil the grates.
- Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with lettuce, red onions and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
