Cajun Shrimp Tacos

Our Cajun grilled shrimp tacos recipe will spice up your grill with these Cajun flavored shrimp tacos. These spicy grilled shrimp are packed with vegetables with a dash of sour cream and a lime garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp that’s been peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium to high heat and oil the grates.
  3. Grill the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are opaque and slightly charred.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with lettuce, red onions and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
